Martyn qualified as a personal trainer in 2008 and has a wide range of experience training both business professionals and high performance athletes.

His personal achievements include competing in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and winning medals for Great Britain in the European Championships and Commonwealth Games.

 
 

Sport and fitness have always been his major passion; competing as an international athlete for over 15 years, Martyn has gained a wealth of training knowledge whilst working with some of the best coaches in the world.

 
 

Since qualifying as a personal trainer 9 years ago, Martyn has been putting his experience to good use by applying his knowledge to help clients maximise their potential and achieve their individual fitness and lifestyle goals.

For nearly a decade Martyn has been providing clients with an elite personal training service and implementing the very best training techniques and nutritional advice.

Martyn is a fully Insured Level 3 personal trainer, athletics coach, CRB checked and is qualified in first aid.

 
 

Martyn has also worked with a number of charities throughout his Olympic career. He has worked with charities such as Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, Street Games, Spat, Sporting Champions, Walkabout Foundation, Hoops Aid, and Right to Play. Martyn takes great pleasure in working with charities, he enjoys sharing his passion and achievements in sport to inspire people to achieve their goals.


 
 

Having gained a degree in psychology, Martyn understands that getting fit and losing weight is more than just the physical. Changing unhealthy habits can be one of the biggest challenges and maintaining your new healthy lifestyle even harder.
